Pricing
Three plans, described by the limits the product enforces rather than by adjectives. Free is free, running Truffle on your own machine is free, and Team and Business are per-seat subscriptions at the amounts below — the same amounts checkout charges.

Those four amounts are the Stripe prices live today, per seat, in US dollars. Nothing here is a discount and nothing here is a trial. To buy one, create an account and choose Team or Business in Account, under Billing; card details are entered in Stripe's own checkout, never here. Local mode is free: an install on your own machine has no account, no plan and no billing route that could charge you.
What Each Plan Includes
These are the five limits the workspace enforces, in the words the product uses for them. A workspace can be granted different limits than its plan default; what a given workspace actually has is shown in Account under Billing.

Seats and Guests
A seat is a person who has accepted an invitation and is active in the workspace. Pending invitations occupy nothing. Each core seat carries an allowance of five single-channel guests, and guests beyond that allowance become billable seats.
Owners and operators can see the current count, the allowance, and what is billable in Account under Billing.
Where It Runs
A workspace can run on your own machine, on Truffle Cloud, or on a Cloudflare account you own — and a machine you keep can lend its models to a workspace that runs somewhere else. None of those four is a paid upgrade, so the table says the same thing four times on purpose.

Your own Cloudflare account bills you for what the Worker, the database and the storage use; Truffle takes nothing for it and sells no add-on on top of it. Pairing a machine as a runner sends model requests to hardware you already own, so the only bill is the electricity.
Models and Metering
Every plan connects your own provider keys. Bringing your own key is part of the plan, not an upgrade.
Truffle does not meter tokens and does not resell model usage. Your provider bills you for what your workspace spends with it, and each run reports what it spent inside the thread that started it.
